A Public Hearing will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 6:00 PM, at the Readsboro Central School Resource Room, Phelps Lane, Readsboro, to hear Zoning Permit Application No. ALP5020-228 for Applicant/Owners Robin and Vaughn Tower’s request for a Variance in accordance with Bylaw Article 2.4.2, that requires a Site Plan Review. The property is located in the Rural Residential Alpenwald (RRA) District at Lots #228 & 229 Alpenwald Lane. This permit is for new residential construction.
Written Notice has been sent to owners of all properties adjoining this property by Certified Mail/Return Receipt Requested. A copy of the application may be viewed at the Town Clerk’s Office in Readsboro, VT.

TRANSFER STATION FEE NOTICE

Effective July 1, 2016 the price of the 32gal bag will be increased to $2.00 per bag.  All other fees will remain the same at this time but are subject to change. As always any trash brought to the Readsboro transfer station must be generated in Readsboro.

Notice of vacancy

In accordance with 18 V.S.A. & 5374 the Cemetery Commission herby gives notice of vacancies created by the resignation of one Cemetery Commission member, and one member not seeking re-election.

The Cemetery Commission, pursuant to 18 V.S.A. 5374, will make an appointment to fill these vacancies at a Cemetery Commission meeting in the future. The persons appointed to fill these vacancies will serve until the next annual Town Meeting.
